In 2007, Andrew Johnstone, an avid surfer, and his wife Camila Fernandez embarked on a remarkable journey that led to the creation of The Little Chihuahua, a restaurant that has become a beloved culinary destination in San Francisco's Lower Haight neighborhood.

Andrew's love for the ocean and surfing had always been a driving force in his life. His connection to the natural world, its rhythms, and its purity deeply influenced his perspective. Together, they decided to embark on a mission: to create a dining experience that combined Andrew's surfer spirit and Camila's culinary expertise.
